Just came back from touring this complex. Had a great time actually! The apartments were nice, particularly their Edenton model which is the one I’m currently after. Assistant property manager LaTressa Williams, whom of which conducted the tour, was amazing! Super professional, lots of personality, full of good vibes, and she even gave me some good advice regarding the Charlotte area, local activities etc. Definitely a credit to her profession!
I have had a great experience living at Lavie. Allie is a phenomenal property manager, and always responds immediately. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My recent move to a different unit was painless, because Allie and her associates made sure that I was properly taken care of. Excellent customer service.
The location is very convenient, but I've been very disappointed in the apts themselves. The apt floors are old and stained, the cabinets are old and the pet owners are not as diligent about cleaning up after their dogs.
I'm paying for South Park, but I don't feel the apartments are worth it.
I realize that they are upgrading but that will just make the rent higher.
I would like to thank Trice for making the tour very enjoyable! She had answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I am not sure if I choose LaVie as my future home, due to the package cost on the top of the rent cost. Not having your own internet might not work for me. I also do not need to pay for cable , if I do not watch tv.
Beautiful property and the staff was extremely attentive and accommodating. I have amazing experiences with LaVie residents and their team members. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in an apartment!!
This place is awesome! Came out and toured with a young lady by the name of Mahnaria. She was so patient with us while touring multiple floor plans. She made sure to answer all of our questions.
Moved out in September and still have yet to receive my deposit check. I get the run around everytime I call for an update. Even though I was informed that I should be receiving the full deposit back.
A very welcoming community. I worked with Ms. Tressa for my move in and Ms. Mahnaria for executing documents to move in. Both ladies were great to work with and helpful when needed. During the tour, Ms. Tressa was explicit and informational about the complex and it's facilities. There as no judgement calls needed. During the executing of documents, Ms. Mahnaria was clean and concise on what needed to be done to make things happen. The community has a bright feel to it and is located in a prime spot in the beautiful SouthPark. I would recommend working with these ladies an moving into this complex to anyone of any age. Truly a blessing.
